This is one of the most useful services rendered by the Association through the Road Service Department and is available from 8.00 a.m. to 12 p.m. only at Bombay upto Mahim on the Western and Sion on the Central, the main Road Service Department is located at the Headquarters of the Association, A member whose car breaks down on the road has only to send a message for assistance to  the  Associations. When, a Road Patrol on a motor cycle will proceed to the site and Correct the fault, whether electrical or mechanical, in order to start the car provided the fault is of a minor nature.

The Road patrols are not equipped to undertake major repairs which Should be carried out by a garage, Emergency Road Service is NOT a maintenance or Repair Service.

This service is for those who present a current membership card failing which a deposit of Rs. 50/- will be collected by Road Petrol giving service. However, this sum will be refunded on production of proof of membership in the office.

A member requiring a driver for short periods should inform the Road Service Department. The Driver, if available and suitable, will be Sent to the member for employment.
The Association shall NOT be responsible for breach of any condition of employment or for any act of omission on the part of such drivers as they are Not employees of the Association.
